Plan de negocios para la producción y comercialización de miel de abeja (Apis melifera) y productos apícolas
Abstract
La investigación tuvo el objetivo de evaluar la viabilidad, las proyecciones, la
rentabilidad de comercialización de miel de abeja (Apis melífera). La
metodología se enfoca en análisis de la demanda y competidores;
establecimiento de plan estratégico con análisis de fortalezas, debilidades,
oportunidades, amenazas (FODA) y procesos de análisis jerárquico (AHP)
para toma de decisión en planificación, marketing, administración,
financiamiento y operaciones de producción e ingeniería. Los resultados
revelan que las mujeres encuestadas mayores de 20 años muestran intención
de compra, principalmente amas de casa, el 80% motivada por concepto de
la propiedad medicinal de la miel. El análisis de FODA y AHP permitió
categorizar el orden de prioridad de los grupos de factores: Fortalezas 46%,
Oportunidades 29%, Amenazas 18% y Debilidades 8%, así mismo resalta
“Capacidad en investigación y desarrollo (I+D)” del grupo de fortalezas como
factor relevante, con valor de prioridad general de 12.2%, seguido de “Valor
adquirido de miel en el mercado” con 11.6% del grupo de oportunidades. Con
la técnica de 7P’s como clave de palanca para administrar el marketing, el
precio captado fluctúa entre S/. 35.00 a S/.40.00 por kilogramo, por tanto, a
partir de una inversión de S/. 13 382.00, con punto de equilibrio (PE) S/. 1
339.37; económicamente los indicadores valor actual neto (VAN), tasa mínima
aceptable de rendimiento (TMAR) y tasa interna de retorno (TIR) evidencia
rentabilidad del negocio
